In this part-time role (0.5 FTE), you’ll dedicate 15-20 hours per week, with a schedule flexibly arranged over 2–4 days that suits your work-life balance. You’ll be working within a supportive school community, helping up to 30 students thrive by addressing their communication needs.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering speech-language therapy tailored to individual and group student needs
- Conducting evaluations using the Ed-plan platform to determine speech-language eligibility
- Collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Maintaining comprehensive, organized documentation
- Providing consultative support and progress updates to educational teams
Ideal candidates should have:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- School-based experience (Kindergarten–8th grade preferred)
- Familiarity with Ed-plan or similar education platforms
- Expertise in conducting evaluations and crafting IEPs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
