Elementary Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Orlando, Florida

This part-time position focuses on supporting PreK through 5th grade students, working collaboratively as part of a dedicated speech-language pathology team. Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Florida SLP license issued by the Department of Health required
- Proven experience or strong interest working with pediatric and elementary-aged students in a school setting
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy to students from PreK through 5th grade
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working closely with school staff, students, and families
- Strong collaboration skills and the flexibility to partner with another SLP to coordinate care and share caseload responsibilities
- Background in IEP development and progress reporting preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse PreK-5th grade caseload, focusing on both articulation and language needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and contribute to IEPs as needed
- Collaborate daily with teachers, administration, and the SLP team to support student growth and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate therapy progress with families and staff
- Uphold professional standards and ensure all services meet department guidelines
