What We’re Looking For:
- Current and active Florida SLP license (required).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status.
- Experience providing speech-language services within school settings is highly valued.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple locations.
- Comfort with occasional virtual/teletherapy models (VOCO), but primarily on-site presence.
- Willingness to complete a prescreen interview as part of the selection process.
- Timely completion of all credentialing and background requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy, tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district policy.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student success plans.
- Adapt service delivery for a range of age groups and settings as assigned.
