Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active state licensure or ability to obtain FL licensure before assignment start
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and interpret data to develop targeted treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency needs
- Write and maintain documentation, including progress notes and IEP reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations to support student goals
- Offer consultation and training to staff and families as needed
