Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time onsite position serves an elementary student caseload across 1–2 closely located schools, providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a manageable travel schedule.
Whether you're an experienced CCC-SLP or a motivated Clinical Fellow (CFY), you'll benefit from mentorship and collaboration with experienced Lead SLPs available at each site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based treatment for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication disorders
- Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible State SLP License
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
