Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or ability to work as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Active Wisconsin SLP License
- School-based SLP experience preferred (Wisconsin school experience will help you shine!)
- Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide direct therapy to K-12 students with varied speech and language needs
- Develop and implement effective IEPs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Keep accurate documentation of student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster positive relationships with school staff and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based activities
