Position Overview
A school district in Stuart, Florida is seeking two qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to provide on-site services to K–12 students during the 2026–2027 school year.
Both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellowship candidates are encouraged to apply. Final school placements and caseload assignments will be based on district needs, clinician experience, and overall fit.

• K–12 student population
• Two full-time openings available
• Caseload size and school assignments will be reviewed during the interview process
• Student needs may vary by grade level and educational setting
• Services will be provided on-site

Candidate Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for appropriate Clinical Fellowship licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred for experienced clinicians
• Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome to apply
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Monitor student progress and modify interventions when appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and student-support meetings
• Maintain accurate service records and required documentation
• Follow federal, state, and district special education procedures

Screening & Credentialing
• Successful completion of all district onboarding requirements
• Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by Florida and the district
• Verification of active licensure, certification, or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
• Internal eligibility interview
