Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)
Days: 5 Days per Week
Start Date: July 31, 2026
End Date: May 31, 2027

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity serves students in grades K–12 across two school sites with a caseload of approximately 75–85 students.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students in grades K–12
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), if applicable
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
Active Indiana Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred due to the potential for SLPA supervision
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
