School Speech Language Pathologist - Seymour, Indiana

This position offers either onsite or virtual flexibility and runs from early August through Thanksgiving break. The resource caseload is exclusively yours to manage, while separate clinicians oversee self-contained groups.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess an active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology (CFs and SLPAs do not qualify)
- Previous experience with school-based speech-language pathology, ideally in a PreK or early childhood setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families
- Familiarity with managing resource caseloads and implementing IEP plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in a school resource setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary consultations
- Document progress and provide comprehensive reports on student outcomes
- Serve as a communication resource for faculty and parents
