Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC certification is mandatory (CFs and SLPAs will not be considered)
- Active Indiana SLP license
- Experience within school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to confidently manage a PreK resource caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for PreK resource students
- Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Provide consultative support to staff to promote generalization of communication skills in the classroom
