Soliant is currently hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work with K-12 students a within a supportive and collaborative educational environment.
Position Details
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Program Terms: CSY, ESY, and NSY
Caseload: TBD – additional details forthcoming
Setting: School-Based / Academy Setting
Responsibilities
Provide speech-language therapy services to students with varying communication needs
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Maintain accurate documentation and Medicaid billing records as required
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student services
Ensure compliance with state, district, and insurance credentialing requirements
Qualifications
Active Washington State SLP license required
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
Active Medicaid provider number required
Active CAQH profile required
Must be credentialed with applicable insurance providers
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
