A school-based contract opportunity is available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists interested in working onsite within a supportive and collaborative educational environment. Serving a diverse caseload of 45-50 students, you’ll help empower learners from kindergarten through high school.

This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) runs from now through June 12, 2026, allowing you to deeply engage with students, educators, and families throughout the academic year. The position is strictly onsite, letting you build authentic relationships and deliver hands-on support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Valid Washington SLP license, or willingness to obtain one prior to start
  • Completion of OSPI fingerprinting process, or willingness to be fingerprinted
  • Previous school-based experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students with a range of needs
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments within established timelines
  • Develop and implement individualized goals and therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
