Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State SLP license
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) State Certification
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school environment
- Skillful in individualized and group therapy for early learners
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus, though this role is onsite
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to elementary and preschool students
- Conduct speech and language assessments and track student progress
- Prepare, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented school climate
