School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Tacoma, Washington

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Washington SLP License or eligibility/willingness to obtain
- SLP-CCC credentials
- Experience in school-based therapy, with knowledge of IEP process and caseload management
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Commitment to onsite services—virtual candidates will not be considered
- Willingness to undergo fingerprinting through OSPI (or ready to obtain upon hire)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessments, interventions, and consultative services for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and maintain detailed documentation
- Communicate regularly with families and staff regarding student growth and needs
- Contribute actively to a positive, supportive school culture by sharing expertise and resources
