Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship applicants considered
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and time management abilities
- Able to design and implement therapy for diverse student populations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy individually and/or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Document services, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and ongoing training
