Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome
- Prior experience providing speech therapy in K-12 school settings is highly desirable
- Knowledgeable in developing IEPs and participating in multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong ability to engage with students, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in classroom and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, student progress, and compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based strategies in speech therapy
