Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid and active professional license in Maryland
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least 1 year
  • Minimum 1 year of IEP development/participation experience
  • Minimum 10 hours weekly availability
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about student impact
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with technology, digital recordkeeping, and willingness to learn new tools

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite Speech-Language services within public school settings
  • Manage an assigned caseload, providing effective assessments and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, support staff, and families
  • Complete and maintain digital paperwork efficiently
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education planning
