Step into a rewarding opportunity working full-time from August to December, supporting elementary students as an SLP on a contract basis. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting, especially with elementary-aged children, is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Adaptable, collaborative approach to working with students, families, and staff
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse elementary caseload, delivering direct therapy and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support professionals to ensure comprehensive student support and successful outcomes
- Engage with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and recommendations
- Maintain timely, accurate records and documentation to comply with school and legal standards
