Desired Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs among elementary caseload
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals

- Offer guidance to family members and educators on supporting student development
