School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Sutherlin, Oregon

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experience, coursework, or strong interest in working within school settings
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to develop and modify individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Organizational skills for tracking student progress and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for K-12 students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans—individualized to caseload requirements
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development
