School Speech Language Pathologist - Lebanon, OR
Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists seeking contract roles working with students in K-12 settings. Multiple positions are open to serve campuses throughout Linn and Benton Counties. Assignments are onsite only, offering both full-time and part-time schedules to accommodate your needs.
This role allows you to make a meaningful difference, providing services to caseloads of approximately 50-60 students for full-time placements. Depending on your assignment, you may work with a range of ages or focus on a specific group. These contract positions begin as soon as possible and extend through June 17, 2026, with a consistent schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Experience providing speech-language therapy in school environments (K-12 preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 50-60 students (proportional for part-time)
- Ability to adapt to various student populations and classroom settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with a wide range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Provide direct therapy services within the assigned school site(s)
