Key Qualifications:

  • Hold or qualify for state licensure and all required school credentials
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children (K-12) strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Manage a caseload of 50-60 students (caseload size may vary for part-time roles)
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
  • Provide ongoing progress monitoring and documentation
  • Offer guidance and support to staff and families regarding effective communication strategies
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations in your daily practice
