Speech Language Pathologist in Dallas, OR

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold or qualify for state licensure and all required school credentials
- Prior experience working with school-aged children (K-12) strongly preferred
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities
- Passion for cultivating academic and social growth in diverse learners
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Manage a caseload of 50-60 students (caseload size may vary for part-time roles)
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
- Provide ongoing progress monitoring and documentation
- Offer guidance and support to staff and families regarding effective communication strategies
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations in your daily practice
