School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
A school district is seeking 2 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students throughout the 2026–2027 school year. These full-time positions will begin in November and provide the opportunity to work across both an elementary and middle school setting.
With an organized caseload of approximately 45 students, you’ll provide a combination of direct services, assessments, IEP support, and collaboration with school teams to help students meet their communication goals.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-Time
Start: November 2026
End: End of the 2026–2027 school year
School Assignment: Split between an elementary and middle school
Caseload: Approximately 45 students
IEP System: SEIS
Supervision: No district supervision required
Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect speech and language services.
Complete student evaluations, assessments, and testing.
Develop and implement services aligned with IEP goals.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success.
Manage typical school-based SLP responsibilities throughout the school year.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid state SLP license/certification.
ASHA CCC-SLP.
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
