School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking 2 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district for the 2026–2027 school year! Both positions will begin in November and offer a full-time schedule split between an elementary and middle school.
The district has a well-organized caseload of approximately 45 students, allowing you to focus on providing meaningful speech and language services while collaborating with students, families, and school staff.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-Time
School Assignment: Each SLP will split time between 1 elementary and 1 middle school
Caseload: Approximately 45 students
IEP System: SEIS
Supervision: District supervision is not required for this position
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and testing.
- Develop and support students’ IEP goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Complete required documentation and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.
- Perform other standard school-based SLP responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Appropriate state SLP licensure/certification.
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
- School-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
