School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sunnyvale, California

This immediate opportunity extends through the start of the school year and continues until an internal hire is made, offering you both stability and flexibility.
In this role, you'll provide added support across two elementary campuses. You’ll spend each day at a different site, collaborating with existing SLP teams to help manage high caseloads and conduct assessments where needed. This position is entirely in person, with no virtual responsibilities required.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- CCC-SLP preferred; open to candidates without licensure (district preference but not required)
- Experience in school-based settings (elementary or preschool population ideal)
- Familiarity with assessment practices and accommodating diverse student needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage varying locations and dynamic daily assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct SLP support to students in both general and special education settings
- Assist permanent SLPs with caseload overflow and complete assessments as needed
- Collaborate with educators, aides, and administration to ensure student goals are being met
- Maintain high-quality documentation of services and student progress
- Adapt flexibly to daily site assignments
