Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct speech and language therapy to students across a range of needs
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Providing progress reports and maintaining thorough documentation
- Supporting students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborating closely with teachers, school staff, and parents
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
For this assignment, compensation is offered at $50–$70 per hour, depending on experience.
