Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and ability to provide comprehensive evaluations and therapy
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in TK–8 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for IEPs and progress reports
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, tailored to each student’s needs
- Support generalization of communication skills across school settings
