Desired Qualifications:
- Current California SLP licensure or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Comfortable supporting children from transitional kindergarten through 8th grade
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy
- Work directly with students across TK-8, addressing diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and maintain accurate records
- Provide guidance to staff and families on strategies to promote effective communication in the classroom
