Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- State licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs
- Experience with IEP documentation and compliance
Role Details & Responsibilities:
- Three full-time positions requiring 40 hours per week, with assignments lasting from November through the end of the school year
- One part-time position available, totaling 8 hours weekly with flexible scheduling (may be spread across multiple days across a one-month duration)
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely and thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Serve a diverse student body, including work at the middle school level
- Utilize evidence-based practices and participate in multi-disciplinary teams
