Key Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Florida SLP license
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
- Comfortable working in elementary, middle, and high school environments
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students grades K-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ academic and developmental needs
- Maintain timely and accurate student records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student growth
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services as needed
