Key Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP licensure through the Department of Health is required
- Experience in pediatric or elementary school settings preferred
- Background in speech and language interventions for PreK–5th grade students
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and co-treating SLP
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech-language services to a PreK–5th grade caseload
- Co-manage and coordinate services with the current elementary SLP
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Engage in direct therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Maintain appropriate records in compliance with school and department standards
