- Ability to manage a caseload and document progress efficiently
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary school students

- Support students’ use of communication devices and collaborate with assistive technology specialists where needed
- Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer consultation and support for classroom teachers to help integrate speech goals into daily instruction
- Engage families in the therapy process to maximize student progress
