Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 student populations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt services to a variety of assignments and student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students, tailored to IEP goals and individual needs
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation for assigned caseloads
- Travel between up to two assigned school sites as needed
