What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged students, is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Comfortable working onsite and engaging with students face-to-face
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students in grades 2-4
- Evaluate communication disorders and craft personalized intervention strategies
- Deliver therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, tailored to student needs
- Work closely with teachers, families, and support teams to promote student progress and success
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and comply with state and federal education requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations
