Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Recent experience in a school setting, with a preference for elementary-level caseloads
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and culturally responsive practices
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges for students in grades 2-4
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain compliance with documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support positive student outcomes
- Provide direct therapy, classroom-based support, and consultation as needed
- Track student progress and adjust interventions to meet individual needs
