Speech Language Pathologist in Stillwater, MN

As the SLP, you'll work from 8am to 4pm, providing dedicated services across a diverse caseload: 70% Early Childhood Special Education (ESCE) and 30% Kindergarten through 5th grade. Your expertise will play a crucial part in helping students reach important communication milestones and supporting their academic and social growth in a collaborative school environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience delivering services in school settings, especially with ESCE and K-5 populations
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and progress monitoring skills
- Effective communicator with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, maintaining detailed records
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate comprehensive care
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program evaluations
