Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for school settings
- Previous experience working within educational environments is highly valued
- Passion for child development, collaboration, and innovative intervention
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in both ESCE and K-5 populations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, interventions, and communications
- Advocate for student needs and provide resources to families and staff
