Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Stillwater, MN

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota State License in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing services in a school setting strongly preferred
- Ability to manage and adapt to changing caseloads and building assignments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Dedication to student-centered support and collaborative teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to elementary students in compliance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and support IEP development in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team
- Address student needs arising from missed services by providing compensatory therapy
- Adjust seamlessly to various building assignments based on evolving school needs
- Maintain accurate reporting and progress tracking for all assigned students
- Engage positively with staff, students, and families to promote student achievement
