Speech Language Pathologist in Andover, MN

Key qualifications:
- Current MN State Speech-Language Pathologist license (Active and in good standing)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based settings or with elementary age caseloads preferred
- Outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Strong commitment to supporting student progress and academic success
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to identified students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers
- Adjust service delivery in response to changing student and program needs
- Support compensatory service provision as required
