What You Bring:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a diverse K-8 caseload, implementing evidence-based practices
- Conduct assessments, analyze results, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support each student’s communication goals
- Maintain thorough records, manage Medicaid billing as needed, and track progress data
- Participate in meetings, contribute to student planning, and advocate for best practices
- Adapt therapy to a wide range of student abilities and disability levels
