Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- CCC-SLP credentials preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in a school setting or with an elementary caseload is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations and a range of speech/language challenges
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students identified with communication needs
- Assess, screen, and evaluate students to develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and district SLPs to support student progress
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate case notes, progress reports, and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
