Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Rochester, MI

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CFY accepted)
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies for diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to elementary students, supporting district SLPs with their caseloads
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop intervention plans to address communication and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure integrated support and student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for assessments, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to intervention planning, and monitor goal achievement
- Utilize evidence-based practices to drive student success in articulation, language, fluency, and social-pragmatic areas
