Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
  • Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • School-based experience or strong interest in working in educational settings
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate approach with a commitment to student growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services for an elementary caseload, addressing a range of communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Work collaboratively with district staff and fellow SLPs to coordinate and manage caseload responsibilities
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning atmosphere
