A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available, offering an engaging opportunity to work directly with students across different educational settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with autism.
- Manage and support caseloads at two distinct locations: Yoder Learning Center in West Liberty (three days per week) and Triad (two days per week).
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain clear, detailed documentation of student progress and therapeutic interventions.
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of students across the age spectrum.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly students with autism.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a school environment.
- Flexibility to work at multiple school sites and adhere to daily start times, generally around 7:30 am.
- Commitment to onsite work and contract-based employment.
Location and Schedule:
- Springfield, OH area.
- Full-time contract position.
- Workweek consists of 7.5-hour days, split between two facilities as specified.
- Start date is ASAP to meet immediate needs.
