Key Qualifications:
- Current OH SLP license and ODE certification, required
- SLP-CCC credential
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12 students, in line with IEP goals
- Design and implement engaging therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to eligibility and IEP team meetings
- Document progress and maintain accurate, confidential records
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student learning and communication
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language therapy
