Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Kansas (or eligibility for KS licensure)
- CCC or willingness to supervise/mentor CFY clinicians
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred, but strong clinical fellows are encouraged
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs for students in Pre-K through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school policy
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
