- Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to nurture rapport with students, staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostics for students referred for speech, language, and communication concerns
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student potential
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and staff trainings as needed
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions
