School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Springfield, Massachusetts

This full-time contract opportunity is open to both licensed SLPs and clinical fellows (CF-SLP) seeking to create meaningful change in the 2026–2027 school year. You will deliver critical speech and language services exclusively on-site—remote and SLPA applicants are not eligible for this role.
What We’re Seeking:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license/certification or CF-SLP eligibility
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Demonstrated skill in providing speech and language therapy to students
- Proficiency with evaluations, assessments, and IEP development
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, special educators, and interdisciplinary colleagues
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations for school-aged students
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services within the school environment
- Maintain documentation in compliance with federal, state, and school standards
- Communicate consistently with families, teachers, and special education teams
- Participate in student meetings and contribute to broader support strategies
Onsite participation is required—telepractice is not available for this opening. You will benefit from working in a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth. Full support during the onboarding process is provided, and all interviews are held virtually via Microsoft Teams for your convenience.
