Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility) in Arkansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Experience providing services in a school setting is highly valued
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans addressing each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational development
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
