Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP and school certification (if required)
- Experience working in school settings with children and adolescents preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team and parent collaboration
- Ability to design and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
- Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads across elementary, middle, or high school
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for students with diverse speech/language needs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Serve as a collaborative team member when developing and updating IEPs
- Consult and coordinate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals
- Support a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
